While India’s IP filings are increasing, its per-capita patent filing rate remains quite lower than innovation leaders such as the US, Japan, and South Korea, indicating that many businesses are still not fully leveraging IP as a strategic asset.

Through this session, we hope to invite business leaders who are keen to deepen their understanding of different forms of IP and explore how they can be leveraged for business growth.
